Een jaar lang lopen
In 2021 wandelde ik elke dag. Op deze pagina bundel ik daarvan een aantal cijfers en deel ik wat suggesties en ideeën. Het doel van de pagina is vooral het delen van de lol van het lopen. Niets mee, niets minder.
Twee afspraken met mezelf.
Iedere dag tenminste 10.000 stappen.
Een hele basale en bekende regel. Ik wilde iedere dag tenminste 10.000 stappen zetten.
Iedere maand meer dan de maand ervoor.
Het leek me wel aardig om nog een afspraak met mezelf toe te voegen. Dat werd elke maand het gemiddelde laten oplopen. Maakt niet uit of dat 1 stap (gemiddeld) meer was of 1.000. Meer.
